How do I reserve a date?
Send an availability request with your event details. We confirm the date and logistics first, then send deposit instructions. Your date is reserved after the $50 deposit is received.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is additional and varies by event location. We will confirm the delivery fee with your quote.
Can you match my party colors?
Yes. We can swap ball colors and coordinate available soft-play pieces for girl, boy, or gender-neutral themes. Tell us your preferred palette in your request.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is due two days before your event.
Can I book a bounce house by itself?
Yes. The toddler bounce house with ball pit starts at $100 plus delivery, and the large bounce house starts at $125 plus delivery. Availability is confirmed manually.
Does sending the form hold my date?
No. An inquiry does not hold inventory. We will review availability and the event details before confirming a reservation.
