Requests and reservations

Sending an inquiry or selecting a date on the public calendar does not reserve a rental. Kids World Soft Play must first confirm availability and event logistics.

Deposit and balance

After availability is confirmed, a $50 deposit is required to officially reserve the date. The remaining balance is due two days before the event. Deposit instructions are provided only after confirmation.

Delivery

Published package prices do not include delivery. Delivery fees vary and are quoted for each event. Custom adjustments, if any, will be included in the quote before you reserve.
